I was into my late twenties without much physical activity and no knowledge of healthy living. I was
referred to Milos by a family member, and since then, my life has not been the same.
At the beginning, it was a difficult transition with regards to working out regularly and following
healthy eating habits, however I was kept motivated by Milos as he constantly made me send
pictures of every meal and every workout session. He also briefed me on the benefits of living a
healthy lifestyle by briefing me on the benefits of certain food groups. He also wrote a customised
diet and work out plan for me.
I weighed 75kgs when I first began with Milos and within 6 months, I was down to 70kgs. This was
mainly due to change in my eating habits. I have already learned so much about my body and have
completed workouts I never thought I could do before. Milos challenges you but makes it fun and
switches it up every session.
Its been 3 years since I have been training with Milos and I can honestly say that I feel much more fit
and confident as a person. I would recommend Milos to anyone looking for a transition into a
healthy lifestyle and having fun at the same time.
